The U.S. Embassy in Cambodia will offer consular services (passport and CRBA pick-up, notarial services, passport renewals) for U.S. citizens from 08:00 am – 09:00 am in Battambang on November 5 and in Siem Reap on November 6. 

 

Our team will schedule your appointment on a first-come, first-served basis. Please email ACSPhnomPenh@state.gov no later than 4:00 pm on Nov 3, 2026, to request an appointment.  You will receive an email confirmation with your scheduled appointment time and the location. Please note, we will not be able to accommodate changes to your appointment time.

For consular service applicants, please provide the following information:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Passport number
• Service Requested

Payment: Applicants may pay their application and notarial fees with cash in U.S. dollars only. We will not be able to provide change or keep any excess amount, so please make sure you have the exact amount for the service you need.  

Fees: Passport fees vary and can be found at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply/fees.html. Notarial services are $50 per signature.

The Mayaguez Memorial VFW Post 11575 has purchased clear plastic business cards with a QR code linking to the VFW Cambodia Facebook page. Pick some up at the next General Membership Meeting, or let the leadership know you'd like some to pass around but you can't make it to Phnom Penh.

 

We have also purchased Bumper Stickers that your favorite places can proudly display and attract attention of fellow veterans. Ask if you can take a picture of the bumper sticker being displayed. Send the pic to info@vfw11575.org  That's free advertising for them.

Post leadership and members have been busy finding businesses in Phnom Penh, Kampot and Siem Reap willing to provide discounts to our members. Just show your Card, real or digital, and get as much as 20% off.

And if your favorite business is somewhere that your Comrades might like, ask if they would be willing to give us a discount in exchange for being listed on the page. Remind the businesses that we have members all over the world, and when they come to town, they would prefer places that are already recommended by other members. Places that might work well:
