On that day, the Desert Shield and Desert Storm Memorial will be unveiled. And then Americans of all ages can spend time learning about a conflict that still affects our comrades physically, psychologically,  and emotionally. A conflict that created its own diagnosis, Gulf War Syndrome.

And now veterans can rest a little easier knowing that they have finally been remembered.
